Support Schedule Update

The Teliax Support team is pleased to let you know -- we're updating our schedules and bringing all of our support in-house. Starting Monday, December 1st, Support hours will be changing...

Monday - Friday: 6am - 6pm MT (8am - 8pm ET)
After-hours: 6pm - 10pm MT
Weekends: 9am - 1pm MT

 
What this means for you:
  • A 100% in-house customer support team providing accurate, smart, fast, and friendly help when you need it -- even on weekends
  • Faster response times and resolutions to your tickets
  • Shorter intervals for LNP orders
Why are we doing this?
 
Based on your feedback and a deep analysis of our trouble ticket data we have made changes to our schedule to more accurately reflect your needs. Providing customers with an accurate, smart, fast, and friendly resolution when encountering problems is the stated mission of the Teliax Support department. Our new schedule and extra hands will ensure we meet this goal and continue providing the wonderful support you've come to expect.


What do I need to do?
 
Just get in touch with us during the hours posted above and we'll get started on a resolution to your issue right away.

As always, we're on-call and available 24/7/365 for emergencies.
