Are retail services under contract?

No. Teliax does not require a signed contract for anything purchased through the website. Terms are month to month. You are billed on the first day of each monthly bill cycle. Monthly bills & invoices are not pro-rated.

You are bound by our terms of service, however this is only as long as we are providing you with service. As soon as either side ends service, you are no longer bound by the terms of service.
